On June 19, I had the privilege of joining the 10th Anniversary celebration of Little Real Estate, a valued Cloudstaff client. It was a meaningful occasion especially as I reflected on my journey as one of the pioneer members of the account which began operations in April 2012 under Rental Express.
It was fulfilling to see how former teammates have grown into leadership roles across various specialties. The event was beautifully organized, with excellent food, engaging program flow, and a fun atmosphere. Attendees enjoyed exciting games and generous prizes. Almost everyone took home something special.
The celebration was made even more memorable by the presence of key Cloudstaff executives including CEO Lloyd Ernst, CSX (Cloudstaff Experience) Director Toby Longhurst, and Director of Real Estate Paul Findlay who was over from Australia. A heartfelt message was also shared by Mimi Ancheta, Center of Excellence Manager for Real Estate, accompanied by a nostalgic slideshow featuring team photos from 2012 to the present.
One of the most touching highlights was the heartfelt video compilation of congratulatory messages from the Little Real Estate team in Australia. Seeing familiar faces, including a moving message from former client Rachel Smith, stirred deep emotions – a beautiful reminder of the strong bonds, lasting collaboration, and shared achievements built over the years.
